Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you’re not happy with any The Quiet Before frames that you bought through our online store, you can return them easily following these few steps:
- Contact us via email at within 15 days of receipt to request a unique Return Code that will allow us keep record of your return.
- Your email must contain the invoice number and the details of the frame you wish to return. It would be helpful if you could add a brief note with the reason why you’re returning the products.
- Print the email with the Return Code we will send to you in reply to your request and enclose it in the package. Please note that we will not accept returns without Return Code
- Post your frame back to us using a secure service of your choice. We suggest to use a safe and traceable delivery service and to retain proof of postage.
- Once we will receive the frame from you, we will inspect it and refund the full amount to the original payment method you’ve used. Please note that, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
