Jamie Hewlett is one of the most iconic and productive figures of contemporary pop culture, ranging from the legendary 90’s comic Tank Girl to the global success with Gorillaz.
Publisher Taschen has released a new book, Jamie Hewlett, by the artist and Julius Wiedemann.

Hewlett emerged in the 90’s as co-creator of the comic Tank Girl with Alan Martin and moved on in his career with different influences. With Blur’s lead singer Damon Albarn he created the unique comic Band Gorillaz, one of the greatest news in the modern music show business.

This book illustrates his creative and artistic journey with more than 400 artworks from the Tank Girl years through Gorillaz up to the present day.

You can buy this book directly from the Taschen website or in your local bookstore.
